Introducing the Third Edition of The Diary of Joshua Hempstead 1711-1758

The long-awaited newest edition of the Joshua Hempstead diary is now available. Pat Schaefer will speak on the changes and many additions to the diary stemming from a thorough proofreading of the manuscript against the previous printed text. The talk will be held at the Shaw Mansion, with refreshments to follow. It is free and open to the public.
Despite being 17 pages longer than the 1999 edition of the diary, the new edition will be sold at the same price, $75. Besides the added information, it includes an expanded name index.
